ABOUT US

The Library is a treasure house of knowledge. A Well- stocked library is an asset to the Institute. IIE is proud of its Library. The total area of the Library is approx. 457 sq. Feet with separate reading and lending sections. It contains more than 16000 volumes of books covering over 3000 titles. It also contains more than 30 numbers of printed Journals, National and International Journals and Newsletters from different Organizations. This library is a member of J-Gate Engineering (Electronic Gateway to Global e-Journal Literature) DELNET (Developing Library Network, New Delhi a major resource sharing library network in India) which connects more than 8100 institutions in 33 states of India and several other universities, (countries consisting of colleges, research and development institutes, medical hospitals, etc.) that provide electronic access to a large number of journals and e-books. The library provides open access to all faculty, staff and students through OPAC system. There is a separate reading room with a seating capacity of 150 students and a separate digital library room with internet surfing facilities.
